This exciting new offer has been launched by
Croydon Council to encourage more homes in Croydon to save
energy and the environment.
Croydon Council has negotiated special prices
for cavity wall and loft insulation with British Gas and in
addition are offering £100 off your next Council Tax
payment if you insulate your home with British Gas. Residents
do not need to be a British Gas customer to benefit.
How much will it cost?
Croydon Council has negotiated discounted insulation
prices for residents who insulate their home through British
Gas.

Cavity wall and loft insulation result in average
annual savings of £130 - £220 so savings on your
fuel bills will soon pay for the initial costs!
How will I be paid?
If you insulate your home with
British Gas you will receive a £100 credit on your next
council tax statement. Croydon Council will do this automatically
when British Gas let them know that your home has been insulated.
£50 of the £100 credit
is provided by British Gas: Croydon Council will guarantee
the remaining payment.
